Firstly. Please accept my apologies for not communicating that we have been having a long series of public holidays since last week friday. As per our policies, no support is available on weekends and public holidays. It is with regret that I felf compelled to discontinue the forum on my return due to:
- Protracted abuses by spammers
- People who download the full (and possibly tampered with) product from pirate/untrusted sources
- Customers who do not purchase support and demand it on the forum
- Customers who have purchased support but do not follow the support policy (dual requests on forum and support area)
. These issues have become time-consuming to repeatedly rectify/explain and they hamper the ability to attend to support requests by customers who have paid for it.
With great sadness, from now on, there will be no more public forum support
